  2. Will you service this listing personally or will I be working with your assistant?

  3. Do you have a full-time assistant to help manage the entire home selling process and coordinating the transaction from contract to closing?
    • Yes.
  4. Will you give me the best price on my home to just list it or to actually sell it?
    • I will help you price it right up front to sell for top dollar.
  5. What percent of the commission do you give to the buyer's agent?
    • We do a 50/50 split. Some agents are know to take more therefore your property has less exposure and is shown less.
  6. What is your sales volume from previous year?

  7. Do you put your cell phone number on the MLS for agents to contact you directly with questions, schedule showings after hours, and or present offers? Do you work after 5pm and on weekends?

  12. Will you stage my home before it's listed and suggest any repairs or changes that will make it more marketable?
